Lose Your Commute Review
There are many how to start and/or find home-based business books, but there are few books out there showing you how to find
legitimate work at home jobs. Let's be honest not everyone wants to start a home-based business. Well Lose Your Commute has stepped up to
the plate.
Lose Your Commute is packed with some great information and resources. Regardless of whether you are new to searching for
telecommuting job or you already work from home you can still learn something from this e-book.
Lose your commute breaks down exactly what teleworking and telecommuting are. Also it helps you determine whether or not working from home is for
you by doing a self examination. It discusses the type of skills you need and what types of jobs can be done from home.
What will you learn?
- Learn how to write a convincing proposal to your current boss so you can work from home.
- Learn where and how to find legitimate work at home jobs using keywords and how to spot scams
- Learn how to properly format of your resume and what skills to emphasize
- Tips for phone interviews and follow up
- A large list of job search sites including teleworking, freelance, and general job search sites
- A list of keywords to use in your search for a telecommuting job
- How to keep a balance between you work and home life.
and much more.
One drawback that I found is that Phil dedicates a whole chapter to commuting statistics (the average time you spend commuting back and forth
to work). Unless you like numbers and statistics this chapter will probably be of little interest to you.
Overall Lose Your Commute is a great resource of valuable information and is well worth the $27 dollars..
Lose Your Commute receives our stamp of approval.
